Founding engineer with full-stack ownership of 4+ product surfaces — Insurance, HRMS, Lending, WhatsApp apps — from architecture to deployment.
Built and scaled an event-driven insurance platform processing 40–50K policies/month across a nationwide partner network — policy APIs, async pipelines, Next.js dashboards for real-time tracking.
Architected an AI-native HRMS — React + TypeScript admin and an agentic React Native app on one NestJS backend — replacing click-heavy HR UIs with a chat-first experience.
Built the AI assistant behind the HR app with pi-agent-core + OpenRouter — LLM tool calling, SSE streaming with sub-2s first-token latency, propose→confirm execution, model failover, zero-downtime deploys.
Shipped the end-to-end payroll engine in a 25-module / 150-endpoint NestJS + Prisma + MySQL backend; 5+ production WhatsApp apps; Playwright + Claude-vision visual regression auto-posting UI diffs to PRs.
